王倩,女,1984年出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院“优秀青年英才”获得者,烟草功能基因组创新团队执行首席,中国农业大学、山东农业大学、福建农林大学、沈阳农业大学“资源利用与植物保护专业”兼职导师;《中国烟草科学》编委、The Innovation Life青年编委、《中国烟草学报》青年编委。
主要从事烟草离子吸收与非生物逆境抗性、烟草新用途开发等研究。工作以烟草CBL-CIPK信号通路、离子转运蛋白等为研究对象,挖掘和利用烟草优异抗逆基因,鉴定上述基因或通路在烟草响应低钾、高盐、高铵等非生物逆境过程中的功能,解析其调控机制,开展优异基因的育种应用;分析烟叶化学成分,挖掘有益微生物,探索烟草新用途。
先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、烟草基因组计划重大专项、山东省自然基金等14项。发表文章70余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在The Innovation、Molecular Horticulture、Plant, Cell & Environment、Food Research International等期刊发表论文49篇(SCI 25篇,含JCR 1区文章15篇),入选ESI高被引论文2篇;文章累计引用次数1449次,单篇最高引用196次;《烟草突变体》副主编;获国家发明专利8项。
培养与协助培养硕士、博士研究生20余人(含博士留学生3人,硕士留学生1人,瓦赫宁根大学联合培养博士生1人)。其中获得国家奖学金2人次、北京市优秀毕业生2人次、中国农科院优秀毕业生2人次、中国农科院优秀留学生1人次、烟草研究所优秀毕业生3人次。联系方式:wangqian01@caas.cn。
