Research AreaGenome editing, molecular breeding and plant biotechnology. Research focuses on developing efficient genome editing tools, exploring novel Cas nucleases for precise gene manipulation, and creating elite germplasm with enhanced herbicide resistance and superior agronomic traits, as well as studying the mechanisms and applications of plant tissue culture.
